Pappas (July 27, 2022, 3:42 p.m. EDT) – A subsidiary of Genesis Healthcare Inc. serving 26 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in California, Oregon and Washington has been given the green light from a Vice Chancellor of Delaware on Wednesday to expedite his lawsuit in the Chancery against a joint venture partner for allegedly taking over the business.
The plaintiffs, Gen BQ JV Holdings LLC and Post-Acute Support Services LLC, filed suit in June, alleging that the 50% owner of the facility-operating entity had “engaged in an unlawful campaign to take complete ownership and control of the business. “
